Spent the early morning hiking with my dear friend, Jarrod Renaud. We went up to his usual spot up between Lyons and Allenspark and were blessed with a beautiful sunrise and too many deer to keep track of. We got so close, I seriously thought for a moment that one was going to charge me.
I was reminded of the value of brotherhood on this journey. All of our dreams, giftings, and pursuits are meant to be cultivated in the context of shared relationship. We were created to be known, not used. I’m humbled to have brothers like Jarrod with whom I can live openly and honestly. Friends that fight for each other’s dreams.
